Incoming 7th Grade Immunization
The state of Iowa requires all incoming 7th graders to have both the Meningococcal vaccine and Tdap booster before fall 2024. If your child does not have the required vaccines or a Certificate of Immunization Exemption, they will not be allowed to attend school, sports and school-related activities starting day 1 of the 2024-2025 school year. This requirement has no grace period, meaning your student will not be allowed to attend the first day of school.
